One-on-One Learning & Mentoring

One-on-One Learning Sessions are a wonderful, super-effective way to get right to the heart of your practice. We go straight to what you are craving from your practice and your life, and we explore with our most curious sense of reverence.

I create these sessions for you, based on your vision, your goals, and your unique challenges.

There are several types of personalized learning sessions:

  1. One-on-one yoga packages: These custom learning immersions focus on exactly what you want to study. The work we do together can range from beginning a practice to pose refinement to philosophy tutorials on all of the major yogic texts to experiments with the super-subtle and ultra-spacious practices passed down by our yogin predecessors (mudras, mantra, pranayama, bandhas, the works). For teachers, our work might focus on finding your own voice, living your practice and stepping more fully into the seat of the teacher. These packages come as a series of 4. Learn more here.
  2. Bespoke Yoga Sessions: In these sessions, I create a practice (& supporting resources) just for you. We meet for an hour via Skype to talk about what you are craving in your practice and life. Following this session, I create a special practice just for you, weaving together movement, meditation, ritual, lifestyle support, art and more. It is completely one-of-a-kind and totally for you. Learn more here.
  3. REVEAL// Intuitive Reading & Practice Sessions: In these sessions, I draw on my decades of experience with ayurveda, tarot, yoga and astrology to assist you in finding serious clarity. Together, we talk about what you want to explore, then I sit with the cards, pull cards for you and interpret their data. Then, I create a custom practice and ritual just for you. This is truly powerful work. Learn more here.

What students say about working with Kelly:

I felt like an angel was whispering me how to take care of myself (and the world). I felt so supported. What I liked the most is… The practice that Kelly was suggesting me was in harmony what I needed at the moment.
