thank you for being here.

In her amazing book Writing Down the Bones, Natalie Goldberg mentions a practice of creating a series of 3-line poems. This season, I’ve been beginning my day by writing such tiny poems. I tend to scribble them into my notebook (currently a red, FABRIANO sketch-book; these are my favorites) in the living room while drinking coffee in my bathrobe with children (mine) climbing all over me. This season of life is a study in contrasts: awake/asleep; loud/silent; non-stop dance party/deep sound-bath savasana.
LOVE TO ALL.

p.s. the podcast is back! i’m putting together fresh episodes for you RIGHT NOW.

p.p.s. i have a new workshop available for purchase and immediate download in the shop. it’s a total system renewal (mantra, sound healing, journaling, movement) and i’m so excited to share.
