A practice to balance every layer of your being, to restore you completely in preparation for the great re-emergence this season.
This sadhana includes mantra chanting, gentle movement, meditation and sound healing. Kelly uses planetary gongs, crystal and metal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, bells and her voice to attune the space and the bodies in it.
No experience is necessary. Come in comfort.
